12 of them turn the natural right to hunt, fish, and generally eat into a civil right, which can be removed at the whim of the legislators.


Natural rights are not subject to the legislature. They haven't done anything to the natural right, except offer up a civil right that is somewhat similar. Any action or defense using that 'civil right' is their baby, to do with what they want.
